1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the TIWIZY directory, a free, non-commercial service showcasing local businesses in Morocco. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. The service
TIWIZY lists businesses verified on site and lets visitors contact them directly.
What TIWIZY is not: TIWIZY is not a party to the exchanges, transactions or services agreed between a visitor and a business. TIWIZY takes no booking on behalf of a business or a driver, receives no commission, collects no payment, and guarantees neither the availability, nor the quality, nor the price of the services offered.
3. Accuracy of listings
Information is collected on site and verified with care, but it changes: opening hours, prices and even the existence of a business may differ between two visits. TIWIZY does not guarantee its permanent accuracy. Every listing carries a “Report a problem” link, and any error can be reported to [email à compléter].
4. Price benchmarks
The prices shown are those recorded on site from verified businesses. They are indicative, are neither official nor binding, and do not commit the businesses. For passenger transport, fares are set by order of the local authorities: the reference remains the meter and the applicable regulations, never this page.
5. Listing and removal of a business
Listing is free and takes place with the owner's agreement, obtained on site. It grants no exclusivity and establishes no commercial partnership. Any owner may at any time request the correction or removal of their listing, without giving a reason and free of charge, at [email à compléter].
TIWIZY may remove a listing that does not comply with the law, that relates to a business which has ceased trading, or whose information can no longer be verified.
6. Use of the site
The site is made available for personal use. The following are prohibited: large-scale automated extraction of the content, any attempt to compromise the security of the service, and sending abusive or fraudulent messages through the contact forms.
7. Consumer protection
Relations between consumers and businesses remain governed by Law No. 31-08 laying down consumer protection measures. This site does not restrict any right that law grants you.
8. Liability
TIWIZY is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. TIWIZY cannot be held liable for damage arising from use of the site, from information that has become inaccurate, or from dealings entered into with the listed businesses. This limitation does not apply in the event of gross or intentional fault, nor where the law prohibits it.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
